We hired Paul to create some automations. The first one was completed relatively quickly. The second remains unfinished because it's more complex. The first automation broke right after we tested it on our last paid call. When I let Paul know about it, he said we could look at fixing it on our next call which requires purchasing another $1200 block of time. Nothing was successful during the first block of time so I've found a different person to help us complete the automations we need.

I was working on automating sending documents via docusign to my clients but kept on getting an error no matter what I tried specifically the error "Cannot read property 'charAt' of undefined". I spent an hour trying to get it to work but couldn't. Connex Digital posted a video replying to a similar error to mine so I tried his solution. It worked and saved me so much time!
