I was in need of an explanation on how to handle information from a website, being able to capture that information into google sheets, without minimizing windows and doing manually.
The explanation was very good, clear and relevant to the issue I had at hand. I even got different options on how to solve my issue. The agent was very nice and professional, he even asked me what language I preferred.
